MOTHER EARTH IS BORN

Billions of years ago, that’s when I was birthed.  You may know this account of my birth:

“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: ...And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, ...God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day. And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. And God called the dry land Earth...”

Did you know the Bible doesn’t share all of the details of my birth?  I would say this is really an allegory.  Let’s see if I can give you a little more of the details.  Are you ready to open your minds up for more my children?  

So dizzy with love for the Creative Source that when I saw a brilliant shimmering light below, I threw myself down into the darkness, mistakenly following what I believed to be our Father’s radiance, fooled by a mere reflection. There, in the abyss unrealized potential of the world, I was separated from the Light.  I Sophia, am the great Mother principle of the universe or the Holy Spirit moving over the waters, and also called the mother of all living. Under me are the four material elements—water, darkness, abyss, and chaos.  I am as of yet, really nothing else but the light-spark coming from above, entering this lower material world, and becoming here the source of all formation, and of both the higher and the lower life. I swam over the waters, and set a immoveable mass in motion and taking to myself a bodily form.  Yes, Mother Earth or my spirit name Gaia was born.  This my child is just part of my birth story.  

Mother Gaia loves you and I want you to see I too am a Soul.  I traveled a path from the Light with Father to the abyss and darkness.  I have had some dark periods in my existence too before finding my way back to the light.  I need you my children to help me continue my journey to the complete restoration of fullness and beauty.
